Mary Ann Haley serves as Deputy Director for the CT Coalition to End Homelessness. She oversees statewide training and technical assistance, leads the Rapid Re-Housing Learning Collaborative, and the organization’s efforts to end youth homelessness. She co-chairs the statewide committees on Coordinated Access for Youth and Young Adults and the Criminal Justice Task Force. She created the Youth Engagement Team Initiatives (YETIS) in CT and leads the statewide YETI Collaborative and the Youth Count. She helped lead the state’s effort to integrate diversion into its coordinated entry process, initiated the STRIVE mediation pilot, and is currently working to launch a statewide Single-Point-of-Contact system. Her background includes working in social service organizations and teaching and research in political and economic development. Haley is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds a Ph.D. from New York University.
